Lena

“Lena” is a compact one-storey wooden summer house of a modern design for a small family. Most importantly, it is sustainable. Due to big showcase windows, this summer house gets a lot of sunlight which increases the level of warmth and cosiness. The house is divided into two main parts: private area (8,7 m² bedroom) and common area (living room, kitchen and bathroom). The habitable area of this summer house is almost 17 m². Also, there is a terrace of 12,2 m². The terrace is under the roof and is great for enjoying warm summer evenings or sunny spring mornings. The main entrance to the house is on the side of the house. However, you can also enter the house through the entrance in the front façade terrace.
